8select product recommendations are based on the personal expertise of people (e.g. yourself, your team, product experts, shop assistants, influencers) and are therefore of particularly high quality.
The 8.HX Platform enables human product knowledge, which is captured by rules in the system, to be presented in the shop in a time- and resource-saving way by means of product set recommendations. The 8select product recommendations are therefore based on human expertise and not an algorithm.
As the 8.HX platform only displays product recommendations that you have defined by rules and an ongoing inventory and price comparison is made, you and your team always have full control over the quality of your product recommendations. You can always track the performance of your recommendations and product sets in the integrated dashboard.
There are two ways to integrate 8.HX into your online shop.
We offer plugins or extension modules (cartridge) for standard shop systems. You can easily download the plugin and integrate it into your online shop.

8.HX can be easily adapted to the CI and look & feel of your online shop in the Management Console. There is a configuration module in the settings where you can select various options or insert your own CSS. Thanks to the live preview (including preview mode for different end devices), you can test various adjustments before going live.
The unique aspect of 8.HX is that the product recommendations are defined by people, but are still scalable. This reduces the manual effort enormously while still providing personal recommendations. By using attributes, you can cover a freely selectable range of products by creating just one recommendation without having to define new product recommendations.

Basically, you can seamlessly integrate all client-side functions of 8.HX into all shop systems (including in-house developments) using manual integration.
8select is technology partner of Salesforce, SAP, Shopware and OXID, among others, and already offers extensions (e.g. cartridges, plugins) for some standard systems, by means of which 8select can be implemented very easily and quickly.
